Challenging in an organization: power and control

As we talk about power and control, I think about taking over the whole world. I look at power as having too much control, then there’s less satisfaction. Today’s recession nobody can complain because they never know when they will be getting their next page check. In the book it says people’s decisions about where to live, when to have children, and how to spend their leisure time is increase based on career related concerns (chapter 6 pg 184). I feel their nothing wrong with putting your family in consideration. I can’t go buy a million dollar house I know im only going to have my job for six months. Life decisions should be revolved around family first.
