Organization Culture

The word symbolic goes back to when this earth was first creating, as we look around at our earth, everything is symbolic. Our book reference organizational culture saying that it stands for the actions, ways of thinking, practices, stories, and artifacts that characterize a particular organization. For the most part everything we do represents who we are and what we stand for. Culture plays significant roles, for example in India the women are fully covered except for their face. Over in India that means their off limits and there are limitations to who they talk to and how far intimacy can go. Over here in the United States our women are free to wear what they want, that states high volumes of independence. The longer we continue to stud culture the better we will understand each other.
